A public hearing is scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. ET on September 16, 2026 at the GMCC
office located at 254 Washington Street, Fourth Floor Suite 420, Atlanta, GA 30334 to provide the public an opportunity to comment upon and provide input into the proposed amendments. At the hearing, interested persons may present data, make a statement, comment, or offer viewpoint or argument whether orally or in writing. Lengthy statements or statements of a considerable technical or economic nature, as well as previously recorded messages, must be submitted to GMCC for the official record. Oral statements should be concise and will be limited to five minutes per person. To ensure their consideration, interested persons should submit a request to speak on the proposed amendments to rules@gmcc.ga.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. ET on September 9, 2026. Such a request should include the person’s first and last name, contact information, and the rule chapter(s) and number(s) of which such person wishes to speak to.
The proposed amendment will be considered for adoption by GMCC at its meeting via Zoom
and teleconference scheduled for September 30, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. ET. At this meeting, the
GMCC may vote to adopt the proposed amendment in Chapter 351-1 as publicly noticed. The
