Earlier this year, the Georgia Senate introduced an act titled “Putting Georgia’s Patients First.” This legislation advocated for increasing the THC concentrations in medical marijuana, removing the “severe” or “end-stage” criteria, and abolishing the prohibition on vaping THC oil. Regrettably, the bill did not gain Senate approval.
